Return Policy
Return policy: Emflesymi shop wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. We inspect all items carefully before shipping to ensure acceptable quality of your purchase. Returns will be considered for a full refund within 7 days of delivery for all unworn and unused items. Purchased items must be free of any appearance of dirt or make up smudges, odors such as sprays and perfumes, or evidence of handling beyond try on. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds will be granted at the discretion of Emflesymi Shop. To start a return, please email emflesymi@gmail.com, state Return Request and Date in the subject line, in the body of your email clearly state your return or exchange reason, and include a front and back picture of the item you wish to return. If approved, you may receive a full refund, exchange or store credit. We will respond within 2-3 business days to all requests with further instructions.
