Refund policy

Emflesymi shop wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. We inspect all items carefully before shipping to ensure the quality of your purchase is acceptable. Returns for all unworn and unused items will be considered for a full refund within seven days of delivery. Purchased items must be free of any appearance of dirt or makeup smudges, odors such as sprays and perfumes, or evidence of handling beyond try-on. 

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds will be granted at the discretion of Emflesymi Shop. To start a return, please email emflesymi@gmail.com, state Return Request, and Date in the subject line, clearly state your return or exchange reason in your email, and include a front and back picture of the item you wish to return. You may receive a full refund, exchange, or store credit if approved. We will respond with further instructions within 2-3 business days to all requests.
